ما هي أشكال الصدر التي تستدعي تدخل جراحي؟

- الصدر الكبير: لما يصاحبه من آلام في الكتف والرقبة والظهر ويجعل الأنثى في حيرة عند إختيار الملابس وقد تلجأ لتغيير سلوك حياتها.
- الصدر المترهل: هو نتيجة فقدان الوزن بشكل كبير أو بعد الحمل والرضاعة المتكررين أو نتيجة ترهل الألياف الحاملة للصدر مع تقدم العمر، وذلك يؤثر على شخصية المرأة ويجعلها تتعجب عما ألمَّ في صدرها خلال مراحل حياتها .
- الصدر الصغير: غالباً ما يصاحب المرأة النحيلة أو يكون للعامل الوراثي دور في الموضوع، والمرأة صاحبة الصدر الصغير تفقد ثقتها بنفسها لعدم تناسقه مع جسدها، بالإضافة إلى صعوبة إختيار الحمالات أو إبراز جسدها بالشكل الجمالي.
- عملية تجميل الثدي عند الرجل لها أهمية كبيرة وتعطي نتيجة مضمونة، فعادة ما يكون سبب المشكلة كبر حجم الصدر إجمالاً أو حجم الغدة وراء الحلمة بشكل خاص، ويصاحبها توسع في حجم دائرة الحلمة، جميع الرجال الذين يملكون هذه المشكلة يشتكون منها وتصبح شغلهم الشاغل، وقد تمنعهم من إرتداء ملابس السباحة، وتنحصر ملابسهم على الأشياء الفضفاضة الواسعة.
ما هي الطرق المتبعة لتصغير الصدر عند النساء؟
يوضح الدكتور/ عامر القضماني أن هناك طريقتين لتصغير الصدر عند النساء، إختيار الطريقة يعتمد على حجم الثدي ومقدار بٌعد الحلمة عن خط أسفل الصدر.

ولكن النتيجة النهائية تكون دائماً مرضية كون التغييرات والفوائد عديدة، ومنها تصغير حجم الصدر إجمالاً، تصغير حجم دائرة الحلمة ورفع الصدر والحلمة لمكانهما العلمي المثالي.
على ماذا تعتمد عملية شد الصدر؟
بالنسبة لشد الصدر فتعتمد الطريقة المستخدمة لإجراء العملية بالشكل الأساسي على درجة الترهل، ونستطيع مصاحبة الشد بتصغير أو تكبير الصدر بناءاً على رغبة المرأة. أما عملية تكبير الصدر فتختلف طرق العملية من ناحية مكان الجرح المستخدم ومكان وضع وحجم ونوع كيس التكبير بناءاً على معايير الصدر الحالية وأيضاً بناءاً على رغبة المرأة الشخصية بعد معرفة فوائد كل طريقة.

ما هو الحل للحصول على صدر متناسق؟
يرى الدكتور/ عامر القضماني الحل بسيط ويعتمد على كمية الدهون الموجودة، حجم الغدة والصدرومقدار ترهل الجلد.

الصدر كونه في الجزء العلوي من الجسد فبروزه يكمل علامات الجمال عند المرأة كالوجه تماماً، عكس ذلك عند الرجل فهو يفضل صدر خالي من الدهون والغدة الثديية كي يستطيع إبراز عضلة الصدر بمزاولة الرياضة.
