ومن ثم تحشى حسب رغبتك بالحشوات المذكورة بالاسفل على شكل رول وتقطع ..ومن ثم تشك بالشوكة لكي لاتنتفخ في الفرن
ثم تدهنين وجه كل واحدة بالبيض المخفوق
ثم تضعيها في قالب مدهون و تشوينها على درجة حرارة عالية مع الانتباه لها كي لاتحترق من الاسفل وبعد ذالك تشوى من الاعلى .
